What happened to our favorite bands?
You've been there. You've told someone how you like some band, but only back then, when they were good. What's one of your favorite bands that really turned around into an awful one that you are embarrassed to say that you listen to.

i'm not embarrased to say that i listen to Metallica, but anything past The Black Album is unbearable.
another band i listened to before they got super popular was Staind. There first two albums were great. Break The Cycle had so many good tracks, many of which were played mainstream. after that though, they have changed. the lyrics which were obviously about pain and suffering and depression are now happier sounding and about love. a classic sellout story.
